This policy explains what information Size Charts for POD (the “App”) collects, why, and how it is used. We keep things simple because the App itself is simple.

Who we are

The App is operated by Digital Tools Studio. You can reach us at support@digitaltoolsstudio.com.

What data we collect

We collect only what is strictly necessary to provide the service:

• Your Shopify store domain (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com) — used to authenticate your session when you open the App. Provided automatically by Shopify during installation.

We do not collect, store, or process any data about your customers or shoppers. The size chart widget runs entirely inside your Shopify theme and makes no external requests.

We do not persist any data to a database. Session information is held in server memory only and is cleared when the App is uninstalled or the access token is revoked by Shopify.

How we use the data

• To authenticate you as a merchant when you open the App
• To display your current subscription status
• To provide the size chart functionality on your storefront

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

Billing

Subscription payments are processed entirely by Shopify. We never see or store your payment details. Shopify’s own Privacy Policy governs the billing relationship.

GDPR — mandatory data requests

Shopify may forward the following mandatory webhook requests to our App on behalf of merchants or their customers:

• Customer data request — we hold no customer personal data, so there is nothing to return.
• Customer data erasure — we hold no customer personal data, so there is nothing to delete.
• Shop data erasure — session data is in-memory only and is cleared automatically when the App is uninstalled.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area you have the right to access, correct, or erase your data. Because we hold only your store domain in a temporary session, the simplest way to exercise your right to erasure is to uninstall the App from your Shopify admin. This immediately clears the session.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
