How do I add a size guide to my product page?

1. Add the Size chart (POD) app block to your product page template in the Theme Editor (one time only).
2. Find your product in the catalog below, copy its tag.
3. Paste the tag on the product in Shopify Admin → Products.

My Printify product is not in the catalog. What do I do?

Email us with the product name and we will add it in the next update. New charts are added regularly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Uninstall the app from Shopify Admin → Apps. The subscription stops automatically — you will not be charged again.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. Go to the Subscription page inside the app and click “Switch to yearly” or “Switch to monthly”.

The size guide button does not appear on my store.

Make sure you have added the app block in the Theme Editor and that the product has the correct tag. The block must be on the product page template, not the collection template.
