TagFit Size Charts for POD — Digital Tools Studio — Last updated: April 2026

By installing or using TagFit Size Charts for POD (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

TagFit Size Charts for POD is a Shopify app developed and operated by Digital Tools Studio. It displays size guide information on product pages for merchants who sell print-on-demand products via Printify.

2. Subscription and Billing

The App is available under a monthly subscription managed entirely through Shopify’s billing system. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge your account $8 every 30 days. A 7-day free trial is included on first activation.

To cancel, uninstall the App from your Shopify Admin. Your subscription will stop automatically at the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App
  • Use the App in a way that violates Shopify’s Partner Program Agreement
  • Attempt to circumvent billing or access restrictions

4. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. When we add new Printify products to the catalog, updates are applied automatically.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Size chart measurements are sourced from Printify’s published specifications. Digital Tools Studio is not responsible for inaccuracies in manufacturer measurements or changes made by Printify after the App was last updated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Tools Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost revenue or customer returns.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
